Conditions of Employment

You are employed as the Cash n Smile Customer Care Advisor/Marketer at the Idu and Kubwa Branches, Abuja :

  • Position: Cash n Smile Customer Care Advisor/Marketer
  • Locations: Idu and Kubwa Branches, Abuja
    1. Key Responsibilities
      1. Marketing and sales
      2. Customer service
      3. Administrative tasks
    2. Working Hours
      1. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
      2. 6 days a week, 1 day off Either Friday, Saturday or Sunday
    3. Uniform and ID
      1. Wear company uniform and ID card
    4. Company Loyalty
      1. Primary loyalty to Cash n Smile
    5. Compensation and Benefits
      1. Salary paid on the 5th of every other month
      2. Potential for additional benefits
    6. Notice Period
      1. 1-month notice before resigning
    7. Branch Transfers
      1. May be requested to work at a different branch
    8. Additional Considerations
      1. May be involved in other administrative tasks as needed
      2. Performance evaluated based on sales, customer satisfaction, and overall contribution

    Please note: You are still on probation, and if you fail to deliver or fail to meet the company's expectations, it'll result in termination of your employment.
